Has West Wight Sports & Community Centre Made a Difference to Your Life?

At West Wight Sports & Community Centre (WWSCC), we know we're much more than just a sports centre.

For many people, the Centre is a place to improve health and fitness, build confidence, make friends, find support, and feel part of a welcoming community. Every day, we see the positive difference WWSCC makes to people's lives – and we'd love to hear your story.
The Difference You Help Us Make
The impact of WWSCC is best told by the people who walk through our doors. Here's what some of our members have shared:

"You've built a team of just the right people in the right place – they genuinely connect with members. You walk in the door and it's nothing but smiles and warmth. If you could bottle the whole ethos of the Centre and sell it, you'd be millionaires!"

"After losing loved ones, I stopped feeling like me. When joining the Centre, I made new friends and had something to get up for. It supported me in the most positive way."

Stories like these remind us that WWSCC is about so much more than sport and exercise. It's about connection, support, confidence, and belonging.

Why Your Story Matters
If WWSCC has had a positive impact on your life – or on the life of someone you know – we'd love to hear about it.
Your experiences help us demonstrate the real difference our Centre makes and play a vital role in securing funding. This funding enables us to continue supporting the health and well-being of our community, now and into the future.

Every Story Counts
Whether it's a small change or a life-changing experience, we'd love to hear how WWSCC has helped you.
Perhaps you've improved your health, found new friendships, gained confidence, overcome a difficult period in your life, or discovered a sense of community. Whatever your experience, your story can help us continue making a difference for others.

Share Your Story

All stories will be treated confidentially and anonymised before being used.

Thank you for helping us showcase the positive impact of West Wight Sports & Community Centre and support our work for years to come.
