Adult Swimming Lessons

Aqua Mobility

Body Fit

Body Fit is a full body conditioning class designed for anyone who wants to improve strength, posture and flexibility in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Body Sculpt

Through a combination of targeted exercises, Body Sculpt aims to tone, condition and support your whole body, helping you move with greater confidence and stability.

Boxercise

Boxercise is a high‑energy, boxing‑inspired workout designed to boost fitness, strength and stamina in a fun and motivating environment.

Circuits

Circuits involves moving through a series of exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest, creating an effective blend of cardio and resistance training.

Dance Fit

Easy Does It is a friendly, enjoyable and accessible exercise session designed especially for older adults and those who may be less mobile.

Functional Strength

Functional Strength is a full body strength training class designed to help you move better, feel stronger and support everyday activities.

Gentle Circuits

Gentle Circuits is a supportive, low intensity exercise class designed for those who find regular circuit training too demanding but are not yet ready for seated exercise.

HIIT

HIIT is a fast, powerful and time‑efficient workout designed to push your fitness, strength and stamina through short bursts of high‑intensity exercise followed by brief recovery periods.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Pickleball

Pickleball is one of the fastest‑growing sports in the UK and offers an enjoyable, accessible way to stay active, combining elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis

Pilates

Pilates is a mindful, low impact exercise class designed to strengthen the whole body with a particular focus on deep core muscles.

Revolution

Revolution is a fun and energising indoor cycling class held in our dedicated studio at the heart of the West Wight community.

Tap
