Basketball

Overview

Basketball is a fast-paced, energetic team sport that helps young people develop fitness, coordination, confidence, and teamwork while having fun.

Delivered by the Isle of Wight Basketball Club (IOWBC), these weekly sessions provide a welcoming environment for players of all abilities, whether they are picking up a basketball for the first time or looking to improve their existing skills.

Sessions include skill development, drills, game play, and team-based activities designed to help participants learn the fundamentals of basketball while building confidence both on and off the court.

Open to ages 11-18.
