Swimming Fitness sessions at West Wight Sports and Community Centre on the Isle of Wight are designed for confident adult swimmers looking to improve their fitness, endurance and swimming technique. These coached sessions take place in the pool and offer structured guidance in a supportive and motivating environment.

Participants should be comfortable swimming at least 100 metres without stopping. Swimming Fitness is an excellent option for those wanting a low‑impact but effective workout, supported by a qualified coach, while enjoying the welcoming atmosphere of our West Wight community facility.
